To find your belt size use an existing belt and follow the instructions on the chart listed above or wrap a flexible measuring tape around your waist or hip area where you prefer to wear your belt. Record the measurement in inches where the tape overlaps. Add 2 inches to your waist size to determine your ideal belt size. Round up if between sizes. Next, personalize your order by selecting the color of thread and suede that best reflects your taste. Additionally, choose between single or gunslinger stitching for that perfect finish tailored to your desire. Please note that all belts come with a basic buckle, loop, and Chicago screws. If you would like a upgraded buckle please email us first before ordering and we will create a custom listing for you. Upgraded buckle prices vary. Custom orders have a turnaround time of 4-5 weeks. If you're not completely satisfied with your belt, you can return it within 10 days of delivery as long as it's unused/unworn. Just email us at flemingsuedebelts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Custom belts, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
