SHIPPING POLICY
We process and ship all ready to ship belt orders within 5-7 business days. Custom orders ship within 3-5 weeks from order date. Expedited options are available at checkout for ready to ship belts. Rates and delivery times vary by location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate, as we’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're not completely satisfied with your belt, you can return it within 10 days of delivery as long as it's unused/unworn. Just email us at flemingsuedebelts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Custom belts, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
